Karam was born in Egypt and lived in a family that loved animals. His strong interest in biology and medicine was a huge motivation for him to pursue becoming a veterinarian in Egypt, as well as building a strong connection with people and their pet’s in the community. After 10 years of working with animals his home country, Karam moved to the United States. He carried the same passion of working with animals and their owners here. Karam graduated from the Educational Commission of Foreign Veterinary Graduates program with an AVMA membership. During his studies he spent a lot of time working and volunteering in many animal shelters and veterinary clinics around the Seattle area, including Helping Hands.
Dr Karam’s goal is to provide each patient with the best quality of life possible by focusing on preventive medicine and good quality diets. He’s also compassionate and supportive when working with sick patients. Alternative medicine is also an area of interest that Dr Karam continues to study.
When not working Karam enjoys playing and watching soccer, Football and spending time with my wife and children Nardin, Sandy and Philopater.
